Ethylvanillin is the organic compound with the formula (C2H5O)(HO)C6H3CHO. It is used in perfumes and many other products in order to provide vanillin scent and mask other scents. Ethyl vanillin is 3 times stronger than vanillin. Ethyl vanillin may be an additive to many plastic, rubber and wax compounds.
