An excellent grade of rubber. Low sulfur content. Size numbers are molded into the top. Each piece has one hole at the center with diameter of approximately 3mm.
Measurements:
Top Diameter(mm) x Bottom Diameter(mm) x Length(mm).
Note that each size has different pack quantity.

Just the ticket.
These folks have a vast assortment of rolls for any application, mine were tapered rollers to fabricate a tool to aid in my wife's cable clothes line, we use this to send the bird feeder out and away from the house yet 10+' above the bears. The friction between the rollers grip the cable and push/pull the feeder in and out without the hand over hand way before. These rolls are strong enough/ right durometer to cushion and grip the cable. Couldn't be more pleased with the result!
