Fast Order Processing

We process and ship out most orders the same day we receive them. Many orders are picked, packaged and shipped within 7 minutes from the time they are placed. Orders placed while we are closed (nights, weekends and holidays) will be shipped the next business day.

If we see a problem with your order, we try to contact you immediately.

Travel time for your package depends on your distance from our warehouse in New Jersey. It usually take about one week for packages to travel across the country. It takes more time for Alaska and Canada.

Please place your orders on time and allow ample time for delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses, name and contact information can result delays or the loss of your package. Please verify all information prior to submitting your order.

Orders deemed suspicious or unverifiable will be held for further investigation or customer follow up.

We try to ship out all orders in the same or the next business day; however, nothing is guaranteed. In case you need a product before a certain date, please call in advance and ask if we can do it. Otherwise, please allow about 15 days for your orders to be delivered and track your order frequently using the tracking number we email you after your order is shipped.
