Tax Exemption

 

If your orders are exempted from Sales Tax, you must create an account and submit your documents before placing an order. Here are the steps to setup your tax exempt account:

  1. Click on Signup, register as a customer and choose a password for your future access.
  2. You will receive an account confirmation email usually within 10 minutes.
  3. Reply to the account confirmation email and attach your tax exemption certificate containing your EIN number.
  4. An associate will contact you via email within 1-2 business days once your account is setup as tax exempt.

 

Please Note: 

* We are unable to refund tax from orders that were placed prior to your tax exemption being approved.

 

** If you have received a letter from your state informing you that your exemption type does not require an exemption certificate, please attach a copy of the letter indicating your exemption. If this letter does NOT include the EIN#, please also include a copy of an up-to-date W-9.

 

***Please make sure your tax exempt form or W-9 form is filled out completely, if it asks for the vendor information please put MiniScience Inc and our address which is 1059 Main Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey 07011.
