This fine granular acid is primarily used for metal and ceramic cleaning, descaling heat transfer surfaces, stabilizing chlorine and hypochlorite in swimming pools, bleaching paper pulp and textiles, pH control, and electroplating. Its CAS# is 5329-14-6, and it is toxic if ingested, combustible, and soluble in water. Please note that it can only be shipped via UPS ground within the continental United States and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or anywhere else outside the continental USA.
